The next meeting of the Ukraine Defense Contact Group, also known as the Ramstein Format -- which comprises Ukraine's major military equipment donors -- will hold its next meeting 14 February, when NATO's 30 defense ministers are set to meet at NATO headquarters in Belgium. The meeting comes just days after the United Kingdom announced it would establish a training program for Ukrainian pilots to fly NATO-standard aircraft, which will likely make future aircraft deliveries to Kyiv a primary topic of discussion. While it does not appear that other nations will announce similar pilot training programs at the meeting, such agreements remain possible in the future. The gathering will meanwhile likely result in announcements regarding other new military support packages for Ukraine, including tanks and other armored vehicles and longer range strike capabilities for Ukraine.
