Surveillance detection follows the T.E.D.D. process to determine if you are being followed or targeted.
T=Time
Has the person(s) been seen over a period of time that stands out based on the situation?
E=Environment
Has the person(s) been seen in multiple environments that don't make sense, are inconsistent or unreasonable?
D=Distance
Has the person(s) been seen following you or sighted over a distance that is unreasonable or too coincidental?
D=Demeanor
Is their behavior and appearance suitable? Are they performing tasks that are out of place for the circumstance such as taking notes, taking pictures, prolonged eye contact, etc?
If all four of these add up it likely that you or somebody else us being surveilled.
